Always dreaming of the next big thing - Steve Jobs
Steve Jobs was not stymied by someone telling him what couldn't be done, or why he was doing something wrong. For him, he needed to live on his own terms and always push the envelope. I admired the hell out of him and wish the world could have experienced his presence for much longer. His tenure as CEO of Apple should be a model for all other would-be CEOs out there, and those who have the title but are lousy leaders.
He summed it all up during his well-known speech at the Stanford University commencement in 2005 when he said, "Your time is limited, so don't waste it by living someone else's life."
